Bin Hire
Wheelie Bins, skips, and front loaders. Specialising in FRONT LOAD BINS (1.5m to 3m³), 4×4 BINS (1.8m), SKIPS (3.2m³ to 9m³)
We offer both short and long-term bin rentals. Our short-term rentals are hired out for 7 days.
Wheelie Bins and Front Loader Bins are available as permanent rentals. They can be emptied either weekly, fortnightly, three weekly, monthly or on a ‘will ring’ basis. Wheelie bins are available in 240-litre sizes for use with rubbish or green waste.
Front loader bins come in 1.5m³, 2.2m³ and 3m³ sizes. We also have 2.8m³ cardboard cages available for hire.

About Us
Ingram’s Contracting began in 1967, with the three Ingram brothers Ashley, Terry and Tony as the initial team. Terry and Anne have owned and operated the business for much of its history since then. Tractors were the focus in the early years, but fifty plus years later the main focus is bins and trucks. We adopted red and yellow as the colours for the new business and the brightly presented Ingram’s trucks have become a familiar sight throughout Taranaki.

Surviving the 50 years in business has seen us grow, change and develop with the region. Business premises have changed and moved over the years, starting with a woolshed on a farm at Mahutahi, followed by premises at 15 Disraeli Street in Hawera, then occupying a workshop at Normanby, and later moving on to today’s address at 90 Collins St in Hawera. We have had the opportunity to work on some major building developments such as the Patea Hydro Dam and the Fonterra Complex.
Our core focus is now rubbish, recycling and waste bins of all sizes. This includes basic square bins, that are able to be lifted and delivered by a Hiab truck, to the massive truck-sized bins to move serious volumes of waste! We are the largest privately owned company in Taranaki dealing with waste. As little waste as possible goes to a landfill and we recycle everything we can.
